Sea Salt, Fleur de Sel


Fleur de Sel, or 'flower of salt' is a highly popular condiment salt.  It is hand harvested in the Camargue region of France and goes through a rigorous process, but never contains additives.  It is fresh, light and works well on just about anything.


Use on fish, shellfish, chicken, turkey, beef and vegetables.  Or add to any food that needs a little boost.
