Sage - Rubbed


Sage is a strong, pleasing and aromatic herb, typical of Mediterranean cuisine.  It works well to cut the fattiness of meat, but has many other uses.


Use in sauces, stuffings, blends and rubs.  Add to chicken, duck, veal, sausage, potato and bean dishes.  Sage butter is a real treat with seafood.
