Porcini Mushrooms


Dried Porcini (or Cepes) Mushrooms are one of the most popular wild mushrooms in the world.  Their nutty flavor and meaty texture make them delicious with meat, poultry or pasta.


TO REHYDRATE:  Soak in warm water or cooking liquid for 20-30 minutes, then rinse.  Use soaking liquid in your recipe for extra flavor.
