Poppy Seed, Blue


Poppy Seeds are used often in baked goods, due to their nutty and lightly sweet taste.  Used all over the world, poppy seeds make a colorful and tasty addition to many foods.


Use on breads, bagels, cakes and in pastry filling.  Grind and use to thicken Indian sauces.  Roast the seeds in the oven to enhance their flavor.
