Pine Nuts / Pignoli


These Pine Nuts (or Pignoli or Pignolia) are from Asia.  Larger than their European cousins, they have a stronger, more pungent flavor that works well in a variety of cuisines.


Use with meat, fish, vegetables, breads, cookies or pesto.  Roast and lightly salt for a snack.
