Peppercorns, Malabar

Malabar Peppercorns are a step above basic peppercorns in flavor.  Black pepper is used more often and in more dishes than any other spice in the world.  It has a biting, penetrating flavor with a clean aftertaste and can be added to almost any food.

USES:

Use to season eggs, salads, soups, meats and vegetables.  Use Malabar Peppercorns as an all-purpose pepper.
