Peppercorns, Green


Green Peppercorn is cleaner and less hot than black pepper.  Its mellow flavor works well in both sweet and savory dishes and green peppercorns work especially well with fruit.


Use in fruity salad dressings and salsas.  Add to cream and pour over fresh fish.  Rub on steak for a more mellow steak au poivre.
