Peppercorns, Lampong


Black, or Lampong, Peppercorns are our most basic form of peppercorns.  Black pepper is used more often and in more dishes than any other spice in the world.  It has a biting, penetrating flavor with a clean aftertaste and can be added to almost any food.


Use to season eggs, salads, soups, meats and vegetables.  Use Black Peppercorns as an all-purpose pepper.
