Pai Mu Tan, White Tea

Pai Mu Tan is a white tea that has a fresh aroma and a smooth, velvety flavor with delicate jammy notes, reminiscent of Bordeaux.  It is very high in antioxidants – three times as many antioxidant polyphenols than black or green tea – and it has a low caffeine level.  Pai Mu Tan is the highest grade of white tea available that doesn’t cost a fortune.
