Oregano, Greek (Mediterranean)


Greek Oregano, or Mediterranean Oregano, is a common herb used in many dishes all over the world.  It has a peppery, slightly lemony flavor that is similar to marjoram, but more robust.  


Use in sauces, casseroles, chilis, soups, stews and beans.  Sprinkle on pizza, vegetables, fish or meats.
