Mustard Seed, Yellow

Mustard Seeds are members of the cabbage family.  The yellow seeds are spicy and their flavor really shines when they are pan-fried until they pop.

USES:

Use in potato salad, sauces, and meat and vegetable dishes.  Yellow mustard seeds are used to make American yellow mustard.
