Mace - Ground
Mace comes from the nutmeg fruit and is quite popular in European dishes, both sweet and savory. It has a delicate, light, sweet flavor that makes it work well in many things.
Use in doughnuts, cakes and pies. Add to savory dishes like stew and BBQ sauce, or simply sprinkle over whipped cream or hot chocolate. Mace can be substituted for nutmeg.
