Juniper Berries


Juniper Berries are most famous for flavoring gin, but they have many other uses as well.  Crushing the berries enhances the spicy pine flavor.


Use in gin, beer, and other liqueurs.  Juniper berries pair well with game meats, pork and sauerkraut and even go well in soups and stews.
