Jamaican Jerk


Jamaican Jerk is a unique spice mixture used primarily as a rub.  This blend does not contain the hot peppers that most do, so it is rather mild.  It is most often used in Jamaican and Caribbean cooking and it is salt-free.


Use on pork, chicken, shrimp, fish, beef, lamb and sausage.  Or add to marinades or BBQ sauce.
