Ginger - Ground

Ginger has a slightly sweet and spicy flavor that is seen most often in Asian and Indian cuisine.  Ginger is also believed to have some medicinal properties.

USES:

Use in cookies, pies, gingerbread, curries, stir-fries or on meat and fish.
