Garlic Flakes, or minced garlic, add the strong flavor of garlic to dishes, without the time consuming, messy process of cleaning and mincing garlic cloves. Garlic flakes are just as pungent as fresh garlic.
Use to season meats, poultry and fish, in soups, stews or casseroles. Garlic Flakes can be substitued for fresh garlic. 1/2 teaspoon of garlic flakes equals approximately one clove of fresh garlic.
