Garam Masala is a blend of spices used in Indian cooking. It is often used in the colder climates of Northern India because it is said to add warmth to the mouth. This blend is sweet and mellow with hints of cinnamon, cardamom and cloves.
Use in curries, add to vegetables or meats. Always add at the end of cooking or just before serving.
