Fenugreek Seed


Fenugreek is often used in Indian cooking, especially curries.  Its flavor is lightly sweet with just a touch of bitterness.  Fenugreek is known for its many medicinal qualities.


Use in curries, chutneys, breads, pickles and on vegetables.  Roast the seeds to enhance flavor and reduce bitterness.
