Cinnamon, Ceylon


Ceylon Cinnamon is milder and has less bite than regular cinnamon.  It also possesses a more complex flavor, making it perfect for sweet and savory dishes alike.  Ceylon is often known as 'true' cinnamon, as it comes from the bark of the cinnamon tree.


Use in English and Mexican desserts, pies, ice cream, custard and tea.  Or add to vegetables, pasta, meat or soup.
