Cilantro has a similar flavor to parsley, but it is stronger and contains hints of citrus. It is often used in Mexican, Caribbean and Asian cooking and comes from the coriander plant. Dried cilantro is great to have on hand for times when fresh isn't available.
Use on chicken, fish, lamb and salads. Cilantro is also great in guacamoles and salsas.
