Chanterelle Mushrooms

Dried Chanterelle Mushrooms are popular in French cuisine because of their unique flavor.  Sometimes called the Poor Man’s Truffle, Chanterelles possess a delicate, almost citrus-like flavor that is difficult to find in other species of wild mushrooms.
