Cardamom Pods, White
White Cardamom Pods are one of the world's most expensive spices and have a strong, exotic flavor and an aromatic fragrance. White Cardamom has a more floral taste than green and is often used in Northern Europe in baked goods. The seeds inside stay fresh longer due to the protective pod. Cardamom is also known to have some medicinal qualities.
Use in baked goods such as cakes, buns, muffins and pies or in savory dishes like chicken, ground beef, pork, fish and vegetables.
