Black Bolete Mushrooms
Dried Bolete Mushrooms are among the most common wild mushrooms and differ from other wild mushrooms because of their spongy underside. Boletes have a meaty texture and a pleasantly savory and earthy flavor.
TO REHYDRATE: Soak in warm water or cooking liquid for 20-30 minutes, then squeeze dry. Use soaking liquid in your recipe to enhance the flavor of the Boletes.
