Berbere is a blend of spices most often seen in Ethiopian dishes. This very unique mix is rich, zesty, spicy and sweet, with light citrus undertones. It also lends a deep red color to many dishes. Contains salt.
Use with chicken, lamb, meatballs, dips, as a rub, or with olive oil as a marinade. Berbere is great for grilling.
