Imperial Pan-Fired Green Tea is a green tea that is pan-fired instead of steamed, tumbled or sun-dried.  This process removes the bitter taste often associated with green teas.  Imperial Pan-Fired Green Tea is very high in antioxidants and has a low caffeine level.  Serve in the afternoon or evening.
