Nutmeg - Whole

Whole Nutmeg is a traditional spice, used in many dishes all over the world.  It has a warm, aromatic taste that is lightly sweet.   Whole nutmeg can be shaved with a nutmeg grinder or mill to ensure the freshest taste.

USES:

Use in meats, soups, vegetables, casseroles and stews.  Add to sweet dishes like fruit pies, puddings and cakes.  Or grind and sprinkle over eggnog for a special holiday treat.
