Lavender Flowers, French

French Lavender Flowers are of the mint family and have a lovely and light floral taste and aroma.  They are used primarily in baking and in tea.  Lavender is also known for its medicinal properties.

USES:

Use to make lavender sugar and add to cupcakes, cookies, brownies, scones and cheeses.  Lavender pairs especially well with chocolate products.
