Fennel Pollen

Fennel Pollen is a gourmet and complex finishing spice that is sometimes known as wild fennel pollen.  With flavors of anise, honey, saffron and curry, it has a unique and lovely profile that is quite popular in Italian cooking.  It is simple to use and should be added to taste; but start with a pinch, as it is quite powerful.

USES:

Use on fish, game, beef, eggs, sauces, salads or any gourmet dish.
