Dill Seed is a little similar to caraway seed. Its flavor is slightly bitter, yet sweet and fresh and its smell is aromatic and pleasing.

USES:

Use in baked goods, such as cakes and breads or in salad dressings or fish. Dill seed also works great for pickling cucumbers.
