Coriander Seed

Coriander Seeds have a pleasantly sweet and floral taste.   It comes from the cilantro plant and is used often in Middle Eastern and Indian cuisines.

USES:

Use on steak, pork, lamb or in kidney and oyster pie.  Whole coriander is often used in pickling as well.
