Chipotle Peppers - Whole

Chipotle Peppers are simply smoked and dried jalapenos.  They are about 1-4 inches long and are very popular in Southwestern and Mexican dishes.  Chipotle peppers add a deep, rich smoky flavor and just the right amount of heat to any dish.

USES:

Use in salsas, marinades, rubs, soups or stews.  Or use to make a wonderfully flavored hot sauce.  The whole chipotle peppers can be rehydrated by soaking in hot water for 30 minutes.
