Chia Seed


Chia Seeds have a very mild nutty flavor on their own, but rarely change the flavor of other foods.  Because of this and their extremely high omega-3 levels, they are often sprinkled over healthy foods for a boost.


Use in breads and biscuits or sprinkle into yogurt, oatmeal, pudding, smoothies and salads.
