Sea Salt, Celtic Grey - Coarse


Celtic, or French, Sea Salt is a mineral-rich salt from the Atlantic coast of Brittany, France.  The Celtic name comes from the centuries-old Celtic method of hand-harvesting with wooden rakes, allowing no metal to come in contact with the salt.  This is a moist salt that dissolves with heat and gives food a rich, bold and briny flavor.


Use on beef, lamb, poultry and cheese. This is a strong salt so use sparingly.
