Szechuan Peppercorns are known by many names, such as anise pepper, Sichuan pepper and flower pepper. They are not related to black, white or green peppercorns. Szechuan has a spicy flavor that can be quite numbing and is very popular in Asian recipes.
Use in salads, sauces, duck, chicken and spice blends.
