Peppercorns, Pink


Pink Peppercorns have a very sweet flavor with hints of citrus.  They are sometimes compared to juniper, yet they possess a more intense flavor.   Pink peppercorns work well in a variety of dishes, but their delicate nature works best with lighter foods.


Use to season soups, seafood, veal and delicate sauces.
