Pepper, White - Ground

White Pepper is less aromatic than black pepper, but has a sharper and more pungent flavor.  White pepper is often used in light-colored foods that, for aesthetic purposes, need to remain pale and black pepper can't be used. 

USES:

Use in cream soups, sauces, curries, lamb, seafood and vegetable dishes.
