Shiitake Mushrooms


Dried Shiitake Mushrooms are sometimes known as Chinese Black Mushrooms, due to their popularity in Asian cuisine.  Shiitake Mushrooms have a warm, earthy flavor and a firm, fleshy texture.


TO REHYDRATE:  Soak in warm water or cooking liquid for 20-30 minutes, then rinse.  Use soaking liquid in your recipe for extra flavor.
