Oyster Mushrooms


Dried Oyster Mushrooms are extremely popular due to their gourmet versatility.  They have a delicate, briny flavor and a velvety texture.  Saute Oyster Mushrooms with butter to truly enhance flavor.


TO REHYDRATE:  Soak in warm water or cooking liquid for 20-30 minutes, then rinse.  Use soaking liquid in your recipe for extra flavor.
