Dried Morel Mushrooms are wild mushrooms coveted by gourmet foodies. Morels have a delicate, smoky, nutty flavor that works best simply sauteed in butter, but also goes well in pasta, risotto, omelets and Asian dishes.
TO REHYDRATE: Soak in warm water or cooking liquid for 20-30 minutes. Use soaking liquid in your recipe to enhance the flavor of the Morels.
