Tarragon, French


French Tarragon is an aromatic, licorice-like herb popular in French cuisine.  It adds subtle sophistication to delicately flavored foods and blends like Fines Herbes.  A little goes a long way, so use sparingly.


Use on chicken, fish, eggs, sauces and cheese.  Tarragon is an essential component in bearnaise sauce.
