Marjoram is similar to oregano, but sweeter and milder.  Its slightly bitter undertones make it work well with red meats.  Marjoram is best used as a finishing herb.

USES:

Use on lamb, veal and beef.  Add to other Mediterranean herbs to make a nice blend.
