Kaffir Lime Leaves
Kaffir Lime Leaves have a unique, citrus-like aroma and flavor that is heavily used in Thai foods. The dry leaves can be used whole, as long as they are removed before consuming, or slivered and eaten with the dish. Kaffir lime is also believed to have some medicinal properties.
Use in Thai curries, soups, stir-fries and salads. Rehydrate by soaking in warm water for 10 minutes.
