Cinnamon Chips

Cinnamon chips are pieces of cinnamon sticks between 1/8 and 1/4 inches.  They are great for hot beverages or making potpourri.

USES:

Use in teas, ciders, wines, hot cocoa or in a homemade potpourri blend.  Do not forget to strain from beverages before drinking.
