Mustard, Hot - Ground

Ground Hot Mustard is a very versatile spice, used often for its thickening ability.  It has a heat that doesn't linger, but is quite sharp upfront.  Hot Mustard is a rather popular Asian condiment.

USES:

Use in blends and rubs or add to sauces, spices and condiments.  Ground mustard can be used to make fresh yellow mustard.  Mix with water to create the Asian condiment.
